Han Tingting works for the Emerging Market Multinationals (EMM) Network for Sustainability and is the project coordinator of the sustainable mining project, in charge of implementation tools development and mining pilots in Southeast Asia. Before joining GIZ, she worked in the Climate Change and Sustainability Service Department of Ernst & Young as senior consultant, focused on CSR/ESG management scheme establishment, CSR information disclosure, EHS and social auditing, conflicted mineral audit, etc. She has rich experience in conflict mineral management of ICT companies and amongst others provided services to Huawei, ZTE, JAC, etc. As an example, she helped to establish the first ESHS (Environmental, Social, Health and Safely) management system for Everbright International. She holds an MSc in Energy and Environmental Policy from the University of Delaware.
